Returns

MX1AUSTRALIA.com.au must be notified of impending returns within 15 working days of order date. All returns will attract a 10% restocking charge. There is no restocking charge on exchange items.
Items returned for exchange or refund must be returned within 30 days from order date and in original and unused condition. Items must be in original packaging complete with any tags or extra packaging form new. Returns after 30 days from order date will not be accepted.
Freight charges on all returned goods are the responsibility of the customer. A copy of original order with a letter of explanation must accompany goods.

Returns are accepted with a return authorization number, RA#, provided by MX1AUSTRALIA. Please contact us for any return issue at sales@MX1australia.com.au

Warranties

All products have been inspected prior to packaging and our guarantee is limited to replacement of defective parts. This guarantee is in lieu of all other guarantees or warranties implied or expressed. Because we cannot control the application of our products, the buyer assumes risk for any and all damage caused to themself or a third party by virtue of failure of these parts. We make no warranty as to products distributed by us, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will, however, pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer, who has sole responsibility for performing such warranties. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from design, manufacture and testing of all products, and we accept no liability for such damages. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
